What wildlife gear is on your wishlist?

You can pair it with the Sony 70-350mm, and you're still under a kilo. 525mm full-frame equivalent, under a kilo, which means you can actually go out in the wild with it.

Have you used the apsc telephoto with apsc camera ? Like e70-350mm and the a6700 pr a6600 ? Thanks

Yes added one to my bag off to the New Forest here in the UK for a Stag hunt . Amazing versatility and compact also added the 70-350 APS-c lens to my kit bag too. Things just got so much lighter on "C&I"

I have this camera over one year for bird photography and it is fantastic with very good birds eye AF which can also be tweaked. My lenses for it : e70-350, fe 200-600, Sigma 100-400mm and the latest Sigma 500mm sports f4 (Canon EF mount) and it works fantastic with Sigma MC11 adapter on my a6700. Actually it works as well on newest Sony bodies as on Canon R bodies. Cheers

I use it with my Tamaron 17-70 2.8 and my 70-200 and my 200-600 as well as my 50mm

@32 you said ”comes without the reduced apature” comparing a teleconverter to an aps-c camera, for your information an aps-c canera with a 1.8f lens is about f2.1/2.2 in reality so yeah they both affect the apeture👍🏻

Does the quality allow me to print the fotos as a picture for my flat's wall?

Thanks for the video, but truly I'm baffled by a video showing a strictly pro-level lens that is the price of a car and VERY DIFFICULT to transport overseas or anywhere really, when sony has a beautiful much more compatible APSC 70-350mm lens (it weighs nothing and is TINY) that costs as little as $770 if you look around new. I'll bet I could get almost the same shot with this tiny zoom lens and the same camera body. I love the camera body (A6600) and will be buying the A6700. I WON'T be buying this lens :)!!!

I have it, I have moved up from the a6000 to the a6500 and now have gotten the a6700. I love it. It's so great with sharpness, details and color! I was worried it wouldn't look like a great choice next to my new Leica Q3, but the two complement each other. I have a nice collection of lenses that I have acquired during my 10+year journey in the Sony Alpha cameral lineup. A Zeiss f4 16-70mm Vario Tessar Zoom, A Zeiss Touit f2.8 12mm prime, a Tokina f1.4 33mm Prime, Now I need something with a bit more reach. Any suggestions, B&H. I love B&H. I have trusted my purchases with them since I was in college studying photography 40 years ago now.

Does it have live view or does it blackout? How is it for action or birds in flight?

What are some of the wild life lenses you would recommend for the cannon T6i, please??

I hope 🤞, I hope 🤞 Sony will make a high quality external viewfinder for the camera. From reviews the internal viewfinder is very small and needs a lot to be desired.

Don’t think I’ll be adding one to my A7RV. I do not see an advantage over using the 26M pixel APS-C mode on the A7RV

Hey would you recommend this + a Sony 70-350mm G or the canon r7 and a canon rf 100-400mm?

Love this setup, however I prefer that this sensor was placed in the A9III body :) Weight and agility is great.

so if i wanted the a6700 and to do say portraits or sports(indoors and outdoors) would the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS be good for that and compatible?

I have an X-T3 and many lenses. When this camera was rumored as a " high end" APS-C I held off getting an X-T5. It's a nice camera but other than the autofocus it's not compelling enough to change.
