Greate video. I have FreePBX running in the cloud and locally as well for learning purpose. SIP and RTP are the two main components for voip.

Yes more please Willie in particular what other network issues can effect VOIP you mentioned latency. I've found call degradation at a much lower latency than 150ms for example

I’m noticing it takes too long at the beginning of a call for it to seem like it’s connecting a call

How do you get a determination that it’s over 150ms

Willie as a project manager need to handle this position well? What certificates should I get?

As a Voice Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and delivery of customer voice service projects (Hosted Voice and SIP). You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of voice solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in telecommunications, and exceptional communication abilities.

Willie! I'd love to see you set up a GrandStream phone on Unifi Talk. I was going to use Unifi talk for a home phone system but found out after I purchased two "locked" phones, that I couldn't put them into a group unless I had a phone number on each phone plus a third common number. The "unlocked" phones that I could use were way to expensive for me. I'm looking for options.
