What is VoIP? (+ How VoIP works!)

Voice over internet protocol (a.k.a. VoIP)– it's what businesses are switching to from traditional phone systems. The cost of VoIP is just as attractive as the simple setup. Running your calls over the internet is cheaper than staying with landline phones.
