I always advise my clients not to underestimate the young workforce. A young person might not exactly fit "x" or "y" but they're coachable and trainable!

1. Promote/speak about your basic Purpose/your Why and see if they get excited

2. Ask friends for potential prospects.

3. Ask good customers/clients to work for you. Ones you really like!

4. Ask other professionals for potential prospects.

5. Let your manager, for that area, do the hiring.
