Even when they "get help" I find that they tell the therapist that they're a victim at home but they're actually the abuser, then they get really good at pretending that they're cured because to them, therapy is just theater school.
It's horrible. The only thing that ever worked for me was silence and zero contact.

It is totally exhausting. That’s why mostly I stay by myself and try to go on with my life, and I have so many different interests to keep myself busy and away from them. I find that that is the only solution among all the chaos that they cause. I try to find peace away from them, and a better quality of life.

Give them absolutely - NO emotions ! They cannot read folks that do this & it leaves them totally on their own - which will result in them showing their true colors. I personally been there, done it & saw it all unfold before my eyes. It’s the most powerful & simplest tool to use

She even threatened suicide as a way to get my attention... if you block a narcissist do not even read text messages... silence is key. I walked away and took my power back and I am in my energy now.
