1. Bite hole on the top
2. Pour in a little vinegar
3. Eat the dumpling with the soup

How I eat XLB:

1. Poke a hole on the side
2. Let soup fall onto spoon while dumpling is still on spoon
3. Add spicy ginger
4. Put all in mouth at same time

I bite a hole on top of the dumpling then blew inside so it won't be hot and waited a bit then put some chili oil on top/inside the dumpling then eat it

How I eat XLB:

1. Poke hole with chopstick
2. Drink soup
3. INHALE

Bite hole, blow on soup, slurp a little bit of soup, ad vinegar and chili oil to taste, pop it in your mouth. Or if you get it from fan guar and take it home then just pour the vinegar and chili into bag and let them cool on the walk home. Then you can eat them whole.
