For your kind information as an Asian, I haven't seen anyone to use gelatin. If you want the actual authentic taste, just make a regular chicken soup. Freeze it. Then cut it into smaller cube sizes and wrap it in the flour moulding. And then steam it. You will get the authentic taste.

I was taught to cut the soup broth into cubes after it sets, put a cube in every mixture then steam, that way you're soup is really soupy when you bite into it

As someone who has learned Chinese for pretty much my entire life (if you include learning from parents), I say your pronunciation of xiao'long'bao is quite spot-on. Very good for someone who may not have grown up in a Chinese family environment (I say "may" because I don't know, for all I know you could have an Asian parent lol). In fact, I'd go as far as to say you're exceptional for someone who may not have grown up in a Chinese environment. Kudos to you for knowing this 👌 Not disappointed at all with subscribing to you. 👍

Edit: I might just delete this comment, the replies are just so ridiculous when all I was trying to do was give a compliment. I'm so tired of dealing with the replies. YES I SPEAK CHINESE AND LEARNT FROM NATIVE SPEAKERS MY ENTIRE LIFE PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE ALREADY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD I NEVER SAID IT WAS PERFECT I JUST SAID IT WAS GOOD MY GOSH!!! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS GIVE SOMEONE A COMPLIMENT WHAT'S SO WRONG WITH THAT HUH???
