boot option does nothing for performance. its for troubleshooting purposes. windows by default uses all available processors. you can limit their number there or in bios. High priority for the most part is also negligible. it doesn't really do much for games, as a game will be using as much cpu as it needs. its not a magic fix for better fps. the only thing useful here was disabling unnecessary start up apps, which can help with freeing up resources

advanced boot options is actually bad for your computer. it only lets the CPU use all cores on startup which can take even longer. causes alot of instability and not worth even checking the box

Just to clarify it let’s u choose more cores than u have so check what ur cpu actually has in my case it was 8

When I go to change the amount of cores it says it will make me need a recovery key because of bitlocker
