I love doing pull-ups with rings I feel the most comfort for my wrists and elbows same with pushups with paralettes, pushups on ground give me hand pain since I also do it with 20+lb

Love your content. Would love to see a video on how to work on grip strength cuz I feel like my pull ups are hindered because of it. I do unassisted pull ups, band assisted and even negatives. But I feel like my grip gives before I tire in my back. Keep up the great work!

Good to know, was looking for where to start but wasn’t serious enough to search! So it’s nice to run into this! Tomorrow I have shoulder and arms day, I’ll try to do some exercises mentioned in this video

Off topic, but is there a proper technique to gripping a pull up bar? Particularly those with fat bars and no padding. I can't figure out a grip that doesn't hurt my palms but also keeps my hands from slipping off the bar. I also don't have and can't use chalk.

Man, I need your advise on an injury that I have. it's been two months since I stopped working out because of myleft bicep injury. Orthopedist told me that I tore some threads of my bicep muscle and I have to refrain from training calisthenics for a long time, I don't know how to deal with this problem should I stop the training or do some moves ...?
