i fell off keto with first lockdown in Israel, which is almost 2y ago and still cant get back on...dont know why. I need these short ones from u cause i cant deal with all the science and long lectures. Keep these coming-they r very inspirational.

The trouble for a lot of us is exactly this lack of knowledge of the practical little things it’s seriously the little things that can get you down I know nothing about how to eat many of these things and we really need diversity. I can’t stand even the smell of another steamed turnip or cauliflower. Thank you very much for this.

Nice list! But I think cleanest and changing your life is not the same. In terms of 8 foods to change your keto life we would say that gluten free carbonaut bread should be on that list, best gf bread period, lots of fiber and so good my husband can finally stick to keto when he wants to! Magic spoon cereal, fatsnax cheese crackers… No affiliation just what comes to mind😂
