Thank you for your dedication and enthousiasm. I just got my R5C with dual fisheye and I'm watching your videos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I wouldn't have been able to climb this mountain without your guidance. 🙏

Thank you, Hugh! You`re absolute VR community leader! Most of your advices are really priceless!
As for power delivery option, 30W is enough for 8k/60fps. So, there`s no need to pay more.

Thank you so much for this video. This is just what I needed prior to getting the R5c. I have been wanting to start dabbling in the VR/180 world and this video I found has been extremely helpful.

Some AWESOME tips Hugh, thanks, especially about the internal Leveler setting and the Focus Guide. Now if we can only figure out how to remotely control the settings on the R5C without purchasing the $1K network/battery accessory, then this camera could be mount on a stage or a jib and be ready ROCK!

Thank you Hugh,
There is still no real usable post production process to work with this RAW footage for VR though. The Davinci process from your previous video takes AGES to render footage because those plugins are extremely outdated, even on the top end spec machine. If you want to render a 2 minute video, sure two hours rendering is ok but most of us want to render 30-60 minute videos. There is still no good solution and the stupid mp4 codecs on the camera dont go up to 60p. This camera was NOT ready for VR and canon really dropped the ball on this, hopefully they can get their act together and at least update the VR utility or give us a camera firmware updated with more codec options.

Hugh - love your work!! When leveling the camera, do you always try to be vertically level? Horizontal - always. But there are times when the scene calls for some camera tilt. Is tilt always bad in 180 3D?

Thanks for this amazing resource. I'm super new at everything camera and can't wait to get into it. Do you think it makes sense to buy a used Canon R5C and is there a best website to do so in your mind? Or should I just buy it new if I can afford it?

Thanks Hugh! What are your thoughts about combining two EOS R5C with Dual Lens in order to create 16k 3D 360 videos?

Did you tried whether the DJI Focus Pro can help delivering a good auto focus solution for R5C 3D setup?

So with what cameras this lens is compatible with? Is it really only for R5 and R5c? Any chances it will be supported later by cheaper RF cameras?

Dear Hugh. Is it possible to record in 8k/60FPS in RAW, transcode to MP4 in Premiere Pro and then do the equirectangular conversion of that transcoded footage in EOs VR Utility ? If it is a problem with metadata, maybe it is possible to copy them from the original footage ? What do you think ?
