What if Qui-Gon spoke to Vader in A New Hope? Vader would try to deny what he heard was real, but Qui-Gon kept influencing him all the way to the Death Star trench run. Where Qui-Gon tries one final time to bring Anakin out of Vader, and it works.
In this timeline, Vader never killed Obi-Wan, and Obi-Wan was on Yavin 4. Vader betrays the empire and meets up with Obi-Wan. They train Luke and Leia. And then they fight sidious. Sidious kills Obi-Wan, but not after Obi-Wan injured him. Sidious tries to use one last burst of lightning to kill everyone, but Vader sacrifices himself letting Luke and Leia kill sidious together. Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, and Anakin train Luke and Leia. Luke and Leia also restart the Jedi order with Master of the Order Leia and Co-Grandmasters Luke and Ashoka.
