I could see Padme hiring Ahsoka as a security&intelligence agent after she left the Jedi Order as a favor to Anakin to keep her working to end the war. Ahsoka would be given credits and a Naboo starfighter to fly around the galaxy. Instead of Anakin in this what if fanfic, it could be Ahsoka going behind the scenes to find herself by going to Jedi worlds like Ossus, Tython, etc but also spying for Padme. Also Ahsoka would be Padme's liason with the Jedi Council since Anakin's spending too much time on the frontlines. She would tell Padme about what Dooku told to Anakin&ObiWan that there's a Sith Lord in charge of the Republic and the cause of the corruption from the very top.

What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

What if Obi-Wan became the Grandmaster during the Clone wars?
What if after finding out Palpatine had betrayed and replaced him he told the Jedi everything as revenge and Palps would have no safeguards in place due to believing Maul was dead.
What if the Jedi gave Anakin permission to marry Padme, basically the Jedi found out about their secret marriage but seeing the positive affect Padme had on Anakin gave them permission to be married.
