I’ve watched sooo many “psychologists” try to combine popular psychology with trading and while it HELPS… the exercise you detailed in this video has got to be one of the most helpful hands on exercises I’ve ever heard of. It’s because it comes from a trader who is giving psychology tips and not a psychologist who is giving trader tips. Take notes.
