Yep. I worked menial jobs from 14 until I was 37. All my friends excelled at their jobs and made bank. At age 34 I started building blogs and YouTube channels for 2 hours every night before I went to sleep. 2 years went by before I even started making $100 a month. Then in year 3, I had fully replaced my income at work and started exceeding it. Then covid happened. All my friends caved and got the jab to keep their jobs. I simply walked off the job and I've never entered the workforce again. They make more money than me, sure, but they slave away 40-60 hours a week at a job that they don't love and have no time to enjoy life. I'm at home, homeschooling my kids, and we're always seemingly on "vacation" while I make money on auto pilot. I still work 4 hours a day on my stuff, but life is so enjoyable now. I don't care about the money, I care about my freedom and quality of time.
