My question is will my nose look wider after this? I heard grafts will make my nose look wider and so I’m just curious if you can let me know I will appreciate it? I’m hoping my doctor will also do some minor cosmetic changes to make my nose look presentable. Also I have a pre Op with my doctor soon so I will talk to him about all this. Just hoping you can help before then. Thank you sir.

I had a rhinoplasty August 16th and both nostrals are collapsed and I have an infection along with inflammation still. My dr is good but this is not what I wanted to happen and now the nasal collapse can't get fixed until a year from the rhinoplasty

Does a valve collapse always cause obstruction regardless of the breathing rate? On my left side, it is difficult to breathe in, but only during quicker breathing and when laying down (at a slow/resting breathing rate it does not feel significantly blocked).

I've already had 5 surgeries, still collapses on both sides. Already have spreader grafts, any other options?
