As someone which has been suffering with nasal congestion for 5 years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm only 23 and I've done literally everything you could think of to relieve this hell. Im someone who has something like Empty Nasal Syndrome, where though my nasal cavity is clear, i feel congested, and i have gotten into the habit of snorting to be able to breathe better, but its social suicide and it can be painful or hopeless at times, ive tried everything, i had surgeries, had a tumor in my nasal cavity, and fixed my septum, and still after that, i havent been able to fix it, i will continue to look at your content, thank you.

This is great. It seems to work even without jogging. Breathing through your nose is easier the less blocked your nostrils are.

I'll give this a go. Nothing to lose as been suffering nasal polyps for 14 years, 5 surgeries and they are still here. Of course the NHS never consider the underlying condition. I can live without the sense of smell, but not being able to breathe properly is a nightmare.
