Thanks for removing the doubt, now I only play 480p with a monitor. performance and the loading times are better.

When you record 1080p on a camera that only records 480p, obviously they are gonna look the same -_-

Hi hello, I still dont get it. So if my TV's resolution is (1366x768) and I play Ps4 will it display 1080p, 1080i or 720p?

I think you are actually increasing the lifespan of the ps4 when you go to a lower resolution because it causes the gpu less stress.
