Have extra time at home? Try making kimchi at home ;p Although it has no fish sauce or seafood like some kimchi do the flavour is still very authentic and makes the recipe easier (and vegetarian). Kimichi is great for your gut health and since it's fermented it is also keto-friendly since the fermentation process eats a lot of the sugar.

Kimchi recipe

napa cabbage 5 lbs (3 big pcs)
cut into bite size, wash and rinse
add 1/2 cups of salt to the cabbage
leave the salt 1, 5hr. mix each 30 minutes

1, 5 cup of water
1/2 cup of sweet rice flour
stir until boiling for 5 minutes
1/8 cup of water serve few more minutes until its translucent and even
cool in fridge

5 gren onion thin slices
1 leek to thin slices
1 medium carrot into match sticks
1 cup of raddish into match sticks

paste:
mince 1-2 tbs ginger
1/2 cup onion
half a cup of minced garlic
add them to paste
1/2 cup soy sauce
mix them

take bowl cut of veggies and combine with paste

wash n rinse the cabbage 3×
add paste to cabbage
put in container
