wueh. I am a secretary and yes finally I met those secretaries... She came and on the first week I almost handed my resignation. Then I remembered I did three interviews for this job. I stopped her at her heels. I had to stand my ground. And yes my job has alot of politics coz watu waliletwa.

I had such an experience, that boss lady . I had to leave my car at home since she didnt have one. Tea time I did tea for her and I worked with her so well. She loved me but I played her big time. My first job I suffered for being outspoken .

Here is the thing, all this is great except for one thing. you can play politics in a fair market office. But nothing can change a person who is out to get you if they have made up their mind to. Malice is malice. you cannot, counter Malice with Social intelligence. you can reduce and swerve it.
