Thank you Dr. Malik! While I haven't run into this specific problem, the video was still very educational as all your videos are. I really appreciate the way you take on topics that could be labelled as sensitive or awkward and do so in such a matter-of-fact way. Your teaching style makes me feel comfortable even as I learn preventative measures to common problems. Keep up the great work!

This taught me that I don’t have jock itch, I just gotta scratch my balls occasionally

Switched to boxers. It was a painful six weeks, but once those muscle gained their tone going without support became far more comfortable. No more jock itch.

Great education of Jock itch! I am constantly on my feet in keeping myself busy! I thought I had got something wrong with myself down there and it got me worried! So I googled it and up popped your blog! So grateful in your information, as there is nothing worse than having an itch down there while waiting on a bus, or walking through the shopping centre! Thanks for covering this so thoroughly. Myclo-Derm (prescribed by my MD) or Tinactin. I used to get it very bad when I was much younger. It could get painful if I didn't tend to it properly. I think it was co-related to high triglyceride. I haven't had it for years now, thankfully.

That blue is a pretty color for you.
Well done as always. I'm 68, when I was 15 and playing sports I ended up at the family doctor. A oral prescription and a prescription cream. I now rotate one day Tolnaftate 1% in a corn starch base, (Lotrimin) next day Miconazole Nitrate 2% in corn starch, (Desenex) Make sure area is dry. No broken skin so a little isopropyl alcohol, 70 or 91%. I have both. No it does not burn unless you have broken skin.

Sports antiperspirant deodorant, and the creases, some man I fungal if you have it but the sports doesn't shave then I personally deodorant cuts 90% of it out, better than even the powder, best tip I got from a well-endowed woman in Florida that worked in the kitchen in my life ! Thank you girl
