Hi Paul. Thank you so much for this. I had a sudden gout attack and I am young. I had not been able to walk let alone work out. This workout was AWESOME low impact and I was able to complete it and it blessed my spirit and encouraged my heart. Keep up the good work and we need more just like this. It helps so much with injury recovery. Thank You!!

I like these shorties but goodies. My heart rate goes right up. Prefer not to slow down at the last 6 minutes though. Thank you!
