M1 is very powerful, so there shouldn't be any problems with speed on windows
But it is ARM, so you need an ARM version of Windows and maybe of all the apps

The App the guy used is parallels desktop. Parallels is paid, it can be from 50-100 bucks depending on where ya live.

Fedora linux asahi remix on apple M2 ultra is pretty nice, but still no sound cuz they need to reverse engineer the chip because apple didn't open sourced it
