First time PC builder here, thank you. When I was pushing in the RAM and not hearing any clicks, I got scared because I felt as if I was already pushing it in with a lot of force and didn't want to accidentally break it. You really do just need to push it in that hard. For anyone else wondering, the clamps WILL click back into place on their own when the RAM is seated. DON'T manually click them in.

I just ordered a second kit of Corsair Vengeance LPX, a 32Gb kit this time. I'll have 48Gb of ram! Same speed and latency as the 16 Gb kit I installed a few years ago.

I’m pushing the ram sticks as hard as I physically can but clamps just won’t click!

I’ve bought vengeance as well, it’s going in my ram slots on my acer predator Orion 3000 but the clips aren’t going in on their own or going all the way in if I push them, am I doing something wrong or have I been lied to about these fitting my pc..? I’ve tried fitting both ways but it never clips in..
