La La Lazy Brown Butter Chicken with the @ketochow Creamy Tomato Basil Soup Mix. Lately I’ve been trying to up my protein consumption, and these savory mixes have become a lifesaver at dinner time. Each packet packs an additional 25+ grams of protein, and the instant pot helps makes this meal an instant success. Even Tammy the Leopard was impressed 🐆🙌🏽

Recipe:
•1.5 pounds chicken thighs, cut into chunks
•1 cup water
•1 tsp salt
•1 stick butter
•1 tbsp curry powder
•1 tbsp garam masala
•1/2 cup heavy cream
•1 packet Keto Chow Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
•cilantro or parsley for garnish

Fill instant pot with chicken, salt and water. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat butter over medium heat. Whisk constantly until butter begins to turn a golden shade of brown. Add spices and continue to whisk for 30 seconds. Remove from heat immediately and pour into a separate bowl. Once chicken is cooked and steam is released, remove 1/2 cup of the liquid and stir in butter, cream, and soup mix. Set instant pot to the sauté setting and whisk everything together until well combined, about 3-5 minutes. Season to taste. Serve over your favorite low carb rice.
