Looks great, and pretty easy. I'd add some shredded cabbage in there. I purchased a cabbage shredder from Don Quixote in Japan, but they're available on Amazon in my country (Australia). Easy way to reduce calories and add tones of fibre and nutrients to the meal.

I love this because I actually have all the ingredients, and these ingredients are simple enough that most have them without even going grocery shopping just for this one dish. It's great!

I love white rice, but am on a diet. I use unhulled barley on the brown rice setting. Would I have to adjust this at all. Love your shorts❤
