45g dark chocolate
30g unsalted butter
35g caster sugar
30 ml milk
70g flour
50g chocolate chip

Here are conversions if u r American like me🙂

-3 tbsp dark chocolate
-2.1 tbsp unsalted butter
-2.8 tbsp caster sugar
-2 tbsp milk
-9 tbsp flour
-5 tbsp chocolate chips

Ingredients:
45g dark chocolate (50% cocoa)
30g unsalted butter
45g caster sugar
30ml milk, warm
70g plain flour, heat treated
50g chocolate chips, plus extra for topping (optional)

1) Line a 4x7" microwaveable dish with baking paper.

2) Microwave the dark chocolate and butter, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined.

3) Add the caster sugar and warm milk and stir until combined.

4) Add the flour and stir until combined.

5) Fold the chocolate chips into the mix (optional).

6) Pour it into your dish and smooth it out.

7) Top with a sprinkle of chocolate chips (optional).

8) Microwave on high (750W) for 1 minute 30 seconds.

9) Let it cool.

10) Slice it into 8 pieces.

11) Enjoy!

If you don't have caster sugar (Like me) it might come out a bit bitter.
A better solution for that is when you have baked it (without caster sugar) add some nuttella or melted sugar on top. I added Nutella and it tasted AMAZING. Thanks fitwaffle❤

To any of those who don’t have chocolate here is a recipe to make some :

Melted butter
Cocoa powder
Powdered sugar

Make sure to mix it and get rid of all the lumps

If you want it to solidify put it into the freezer for 1-2 hours but as for this recipe you can add it straight in

Dark chocolate and butter, mc for 30s and then mix in warm milk and sugar, after mixed add flower and combine, bake in microwave for 1 minute

I made these today! They were really good. It took me 3minutes to cook tho.. probably because my microvave isn't 750 w next time i make it i want to make a bigger batch, let's say triple it- that's how much i loved it:)

tip for anyone who is lazy to heat treat flour! if you have oats then you can blend it into oat flour which is completely safe.
