How to Fix Command Prompt(CMD) Not Working/Opening in Windows 10

after all research and steps suggested by different users, one method worked for me:

Open Powershell (Admin) and enter:

echo off
reg delete "HKCU\Console" /f
reg delete Processor" /v "AutoRun" /f
reg delete Processor" /v "AutoRun" /f
reg delete NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\cmd.exe" /f
echo done

Im having the issue that my cmd is not opening if other programms use it. As an example i could not open Java files because cmd just closes as soon as it opens (as im runing the file and therefor not doing anything). Do you have a fix for that?
