IT ACTUALLY WORKS! i open the task scheduler, and found that "Firefox Default Browser Agent ..." is the culprit. idk why cause i don't have any firefox installed on my windows.

What if it is executing cmd when log in, the cmd contains the following
cmd /C "start "" "C:/Program Files (x86)\Bright VPN\Bring VPN.exe" --silent"
?

I check the TASK SCHEDULER already, each one, but not ACTIONS that do this script. Do you have any idea what is the solution?

I deleted the BRIGHT VPN folder in Program Files (x86), in the reason of I did not install that, and it is running in the background. Thanks.

I found the task that caused it and i disable it. I solved the pop-up problem but the malware/virus etc still work and damage my pc? I mean I am protected now that it doesn't appear anymore? Cause I tried almost any kind of anti virus/malware scan and no thread found nowhere. TY for the solution anyway <3
