When I then click on run as administrator NOTHING HAPPENS! :(

To do this at college you need a Admin password and username, have fun trying to apply either trick in college, it won't work unless you have a admin password and admin username.

i have the run as adminstrator button it just doesnt work when i press it

when trying to use cmd as admin ie run as admin, my pc shows to options YES in greyed (disabled) color and a NO in normal color .

but how come the Real Reason why it won't let u Run normally when u Right Click the Command Promt. is there a Reason i can Solve this. i bought this Computer 2nd Hand and it won't let me Normally Do it. is there some kinda User logged into this account or is this a Clone of a Main account? You have to be logged on as an admin for this to work. Standard user will not work and get access denied.
