Why I Am a Christian (David Wood X-Atheist)

Lots of people have been asking David Wood (X-Atheist) how he became a Christian, because he usually doesn't share much of his story. Wow! Your testimony is amazing. I'm not a sociopath but I have autism so I couldn't understand some of people's reactions either. Jesus gave me His compassionate heart because I asked to see people as He sees people. He healed me of paralyzing fear and anger (that psychologists told me I'd never recover from). And He showed me how many times I was meant to die, if it were not for His saving Grace. I love Jesus more than anything in this world. He is my everything and I get closer to Him each and every day. Reading my Bible has molded me into a vessel of Jesus' making. I am actually living now. Dead to myself and living for Jesus each and every day!

This is the most spine-tingling testimony I have ever heard! I struggle with my own mental health, and I am particularly touched by Wood's healing through understanding his true place in relationship with Jesus. He's still a sociopath, but he can function as a good person because he has moved into being both loved and loving. This is what restores us all. May God cover David Wood and may God's will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Amen. I'm going to watch all his videos.
