I’m having great prints from the K1 there was an initial issue with the extrusion but I realized the motors bracket is plastic, so you have to give it another tighten before your on your go. And you can put the filament tube back to where it’s supposed to go, the problem everyone’s been having is just the motor on the extruder is not tightened.

You got a good one! On my K1, two of the bed mounting screws fell out during the benchy test print... wobbly bed = not a good benchy LOL. Fortunately it was an easy fix!

I was about to pre-order K1 right after the presentation, I had couple of questions which I asked in an e-mail and creality facebook account. I searched around and found a lot of feedbacks for their poor customer support and high amount of defects on their printers. I waited for a week or so and unfortunately Creality never got back to me and those question never got answered, so I ordered Sovol sv06+ which was twice cheaper and had a lot of good reviews. I'm pretty happy with my sv06+, yes It's much slower, but the print quality is amazing.

Watch out for the latch on the extruder - seems like a lot of other users are finding that it gets hit by the cable chain or just doesn't stay fully latched in general. There are also reports of the PTFE tube needing to be pulled out of the cable chain near the extruder in order to improve the filament path as the bend is quite tight.

Thank you for the very informative video and very clear and articulate presentation.

I'll be printing more parts for my online business soon so I'm considering the faster K1 Max so I can print in 0.1 mm layer height to get awesome quality prints but a lot faster than my current bed slinger, and the larger build volume will allow me to generate G code that prints multiple parts sequentially for faster mini print farm production.

I'll wait a few months for the K1 teething problems to be resolved, either by Creality or by the community.

Creality K1max should be sub 1k Canadian now. The us Re sellers are at 950 Cad. today. I can wait.

My experience was a little different, I found that there is no toll-free support phone number to call, you have to use chat support. I had 4 different incognito support chat windows open since the morning which extended passed 1 in the afternoon and all chats auto closed on me and asked me to leave an email instead. I am a cyber security person by day and I have to say their support is negatively impactful and you might as well have a brick for a printer WHEN it malfunctions. Great features and all but not if they don't work.

Thank you for the video. But what slicer did you use for slicing? The creality one is not a good one...😊

good review, I had the X1 returned it printer failed to print had issues and all that wasted PLA just to color a model *think I just stay with airbrush and paint brushes. Looking at this there a riser on pintables to raise the lid I hope someone would make a top hat that has the spool holder on it for PLA printing

That front glass would bother me so much. I would reroute the LCD to the top and replace the glass because that notch bugs me. lol

I dont like the Creality Print app that has to be used, you cant even set a global print speed Creality claim it is self-developed when it is pretty clear that it is a Cura fork and a bad one at that! I wonder if they have breached the licence by claiming it is self developed, I know they have breached licences and even stolen software in the past.

This isn’t a Bambu competitor as much as it’s Creality reverse engineering everything that is Bambu. Even the screens are the same
