For those who don’t understand/haven’t read the creepypasta
Applejack had to make jam for Filthy Rich in return for debt. So twilight made her a potion to not be able to sleep so she could work hard and make the jam. She initially made 400 but filthy rich wanted every jar instead, out of frustration applejack kicked a tree that broke her legs badly and while in the hospital healing she hallucinated Trixie and the flim flam brothers so she turned insane and became a murderer. Apple Bloom was eventually able to cure her leading applejack getting a life sentence in jail.

I like the detail they made when applejack kicks (I forgot pony’s name) in the gut, She looks at the ground like she was looking for the fallen apples, like how she did when she kicked the tree last time.

I also love the little detail of where Twilight is explaining what it does + explaining why she doesn't think it's wise to drink it, AJ's just like "yeah yeah I know. What's the worst that could happen?"
