Thank you so much Doc! This video saved me from my super red damaged skin barrier after heavy vit C usage. I used niacinamide toner put it in cotton pad and used as mask. Then topped with ceramide cream. My skin got so much better, no longer inflamed. Thank you so much for the shared knowledge!

Personally, I find that whenever my skin barrier is damaged, it doesn't respond well to Niacinamide, instead I use centella asiatica based serums and creams

I used wet wipes on my face since i was confined in a hospital, my face turned red and became dry having a burning sensation.

But mine one have amino acid and citric acid and I have a stinging sensation after using month for a few days when applied and now it's fine but my skin has acne scars and for the serum it's vitamin C and has other kinda acids
