TURKISH (STYLE) EGGS
Yogurt:
200g Greek yogurt
1/3 garlic clove
1.5 tbsp. lemon
1 tbsp. fresh dill
salt

Eggs:
2/3 eggs
150g jarred red peppers

Butter:
30g butter
1 tsp. Aleppo pepper
¼ tsp. chilli flakes

PROTEIN PORRIDGE
½ cup / 45g oats (soak)
½ cup almond milk (add more if required)
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. protein powder of choice

Toppings (optional)
Honey
Bee pollen
Hemp seeds
Berries

TUNA FRITATTA
80g tuna
3 eggs
½ red onion
Salt & pepper

Toppings (optional)
Pesto
Rocket (arugula)
Cherry tomatoes

SCRAMBLE, PLANTAIN & GREENS
3 eggs
1/2 plantain
1 avocado
Tomatoes:
Cherry tomatoes
Basil
Oregano
EVOO
Salt

Extras:
Piadina

CHERRY TOMATO, GARLIC BUTTERBEANS + COTTAGE CHEESE
60g cottage cheese
Bread of choice

250g cherry tomatoes
250g butter beans
1-2 garlic cloves
Handful fresh basil
1 tbsp. dried oregano

I am from India and usually when i watch recipes from around the world they usually use ingredients that i can’t find here, or never uses spices (we all know Indians love spices xD) that would cater to our taste. But you did both and all the recipes seem doable for me which made me so happy; i am literally excited to try them all out, they look delicious. Thank you!

I just made the eggs with yogurt 😮 . The only difference; I air fried a fresh red pepper coated in olive oil, garlic powder and oregano. this recipe was a party in my mouth and so quick to prepare! Thank you. You are a part of my eating clean journey ❤ and you're making it less painful 😂

I sent my husband to the grocery store on Monday to get some of these ingredients and that day made your egg dish but instead mixed the roasted red peppers sliced with a delicious Trader Joe’s red pepper spread which consist of eggplant garlic and it was heavenly even though I over cooked the eggs in the sauce it still tasted amazing. And then on Wednesday I made the beans dish with the roasted red pepper but I didn’t Have butter beans so I use cannellini and I added spinach at the end and just kept it very buttery and it was incredible. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Sending love from the 🇺🇸.

This is the first time that i see breakfast recipes that are easy to follow, no extra steps or any stuff that needs to be purchased months in advance. It sounds strange to say but those are normal recipes and that is not a given especially on channels that focus on health/nutrition. This gave you a new follower😊

While media try to manipulate us to think cooking is for losers and advertisers try to tell us we should invest our time in our passions not cooking, showing nourishing cooking videos are radical. thank you for this video! growing up with filipino culture, our breakfast mainly consist of carb and protein that is very nourishing and fulfillig and its really hard to find similar meal for breakfast that's not smoothie bowl or egg muffin. I love all of your recipe, its nourshing, salty, savory, and fulfilling, I cant wait to try them out
