The spiritual hour. For me its just repeatedly waking up between 3 and 4. Or my dream is especially vivid. The other things mentioned happen at all other times for me and is not specifically related to 3-4am, early morning, when I'm usually trying to sleep. Maybe this is dependent on how sensitive you are.

The 3rd eye. I think I initially when your 3rd eye begins to open you get pressure in that area, headaches, but after that it can spontaneously activate or open and for me it's like a swirling energy sense on my forehead in the area of the 3rd eye. Sometimes this activates in combination with my crown chakra. It's not an unpleasant feeling, perhaps just a bit odd if your not aware of what it is.

I have all of them strongly but 6 & 3 I don’t see visions yet and I don’t hear voices but I do hear sounds and vibrations that others don’t hear.

Yo I’ve always had these feelings but lately one of my little siblings is having serious trouble in life and getting himself into very strong shit (not going into much detail), when I get close to him it’s immediately when my body starts shaking and literally can feel his despair, I really hate when it happens because sometimes it won’t even let me speak a damn word, breaks my heart to feel that sort of vibe from him, I love him

Its the same with all the rest, but idk why its too strong with him specifically

Got diagnosed for this and put on a anti phycotic that actually caused Psychosis off it for the 2nd day none of that just really powerful feelings it’s wonderful to meditate but the withdrawl is taken a toll cuz I couldn’t handle it after 5 months I was convinced I was scizo my counselor said sound like some intense derealization and I did research turns out the drug that makes me paranoid Benadryl is one the receptors it antagonist so I’m thankful I can reassure myself that I have this and it’s only there to help me spread love
