I have been taking omega 3 fish oil capsules daily 1000mg for more than 6 mths. Recently I found myself very tired and jittery. Then I checked my heart rate and it was 108 beats per minute. Can omega 3 fish oil supplements cause abnormal heart rate? Can someone give me an idea please? When I stop taking fish oil, heart beat is 90bpm. Is it atrial fibrillation?
