Last week it was 70 and beautiful. This week, I'm on leave, and it's high 90s. I'm trying to prepare my house to decorate for fall this weekend. I gave up on my outdoor plans today because it's so miserable. Next week I go back to work and it's back to 70s.

Just saw an article a couple weeks ago that warned residents of Alabama of "false fall". As a resident of GA I too was tempted to give in last week when the temps didn't make it into the 90s, but I knew it wouldn't last. Today my car's themometer said the outside temp was 109. Pray for us!
