Hello Dr. Berg! As a medschool student and as someone that sees and loves your videos I must say I really admire you and your knowledge. It's pretty amazing to see how most of the health and physical concerns we have, you show are related one way or another to our diet, or lack of, because I've always thought the same thing. (You obviously went several steps further and actually demonstrated it haha but you know what I mean). It really surprised me when you said that some mental problems have to do with blood sugar levels, but most psychiatrists prescribe medicines that alleviate the symptoms, neglecting the root cause. That's just one example, but I think most medical fields these days work that way and it's really sad. I, for myself, can say I don't want to be that type of doctor. I know it's going to sound cheesy!, but I want to be like you, Dr. Berg. I really want to view health the way you see it. I want to treat the cause, not the symptom. I really wonder what types of books do you read and how you've gained the knowledge you have. I know your channel is targeted to people -patients- and not to teach to upcoming doctors but I sometimes really wish you'd get deeper into the science behind each problem or to explain the physiology, just so we could learn more haha, but I understand why you can't (it would be a drag to people with no scientific knowledge, I know, I know). I wish my college teachers were like you :( most of them are mean and don't explain things so accurately like you do! Well I think it's pretty obvious by now, but I am your fan haha, always looking forward to your videos! Your work is appreciated

I’ve recently started taking the vitamin b1 fat soluble version. I’m a nurse and have struggled with restless leg syndrome for over a decade, had pre-eclampsia with both pregnancies and have been miserable overall. My husband found your channel 7 months ago and we changed our entire diet. I just started the thiamine and supplemented with magnesium and d3 and k2. I finally can sleep through the night for the first time in a very long time/ years. Potassium brought my blood pressure down and now the final stubborn weight is starting to come off. I was able to stop my cpap last week. No more headaches when I wake up. The forgetfulness is finally starting to calm down. In another 6 months if things keep getting better we may consider a third baby if the pre eclampsia doesn’t have to plaguemy pregnancies anymore. Starting kefir soon too! With tears in my eyes I just want to tell you thank you Dr Berg.

I had that. Brain Fog and Absent Mind was severe. It was so bad that I dreaded conversations with others. I became a shut-in. I also lacked the energy to just be alive. I didn't know what it was until I stumbled upon your videos and learned about Insulin Resistance.

Getting rid of gluten had significant impact on my focus.

Figuring out if you have any food allergies, not by blood tests but via simple removal of certain foods for one or two weeks, then reintroduction and self observation of how body and mind react for me was incredibly helpful.

Many kinds of food allergies or intolerances are not obvious via blood testing.

Ironically enough I can see the psychiatrist's and MD's loosing their minds over this information he's giving, a lot of them only care about drug pushing while not curing the real underlying issue. This guy is great with wonderful content 👍

The best, I have a nursing background , but didn't get my degree because , I didn't like the fact that when I INTERNED with priv doctors , they over prescribed. , and of course I didn't agree , so I guit, I'm 73 years old, im never sick , . wow Dr thank you so much for all the information you give us for FREE!!! this is awesome, I never knew my insulin levels were rising, I have all those symptoms and I go to my dr he says here is a pill for anxiety, here is your prescription for your loss of vision, here is this other one for the reflux, this other one for high b/p, but NEVER, will never say you are pre-diabetic because it doesn't show on my lab work

WOW OCD = low sugar. Related this to yesterday when gardening all day in the sun whilst fasting. No hunger, never even thought of doing my OCD habits. Dr. Berg with his version of Keto, IM and prolonged fasting are giving me, ME, not the man-made oxidant version that has given me life-affecting issues since a child, I could scream! Listen to your body guys and Dr. Berg even when it's 100% against mainstream advice.

It helped me relate to you when you described your shoulder surgery and that you actually ate the hospital food because it was in front of you. We all give in to temptations, and knowing you do too makes it like "If Dr. Berg can do so can I" In other words, you've been there too!

Thank you dr. Berg. Actually what made me start keto is i have noticed everytime i eat chocolates and high sugar content food i start getting epilipsy trigurres like eye twichings and neck twichings. Note that amunder medication for one year now. I take keppra 500mg twice a day for one year. But now am on keto "life style" instead of having trigures almost twice a week i had it only 3 times in three months!! From my experience what you are saying in this video is 110% correct and I really appreciate your efforts dr. Berg you are helping many many people with your knowledge. Oh and also i lost about 11 kilos within 3 months!! And am feeling much better day by day. Thank you 🙏
