Be sure to watch the whole video through! Today I take you guys along for another workout. The workout is a 20 minute tempo run, progression style. The first mile is at marathon pace/effort, the next 12 minutes are at threshold pace and the last 2-3 minutes can be at 5k pace. I am training by heart rate today. This can be a track workout for 5k runners, track workout for 10k runners, track workout for marathoners, etc. This workout is designed to teach you how to run faster, how to run longer, and how to run longer without your legs getting tired.
