I did this one and the 30 minute pyramid intervals together. What a fabulous combination! Been "running with you" for a few years now - can't believe how much I have improved! First marathon planned in a couple months thanks to you!!!

Love these runs. The past 4 years have been crazy with taking care of elderly parents with a ton of health issues, hospital visits and doc appointments. Sandwiched in between is watching grandchildren. These workouts not only help my stress level, but are helping me to get back my running pace! Thank you!!

I've been using your sessions as part of a winter program for the past few years while competing in age group IronMan, marathons, swimming events, etc... I prescribe this channel to any new runner and yet use it myself as a veteran. Sometimes I try to hold the max settings you prescribe, most of the times I cannot. Great HiiT session that fly by without notice. Thanks!
