I grew up in Maryland, but visited my grandparents in N.Y. often. One set lived in Astoria, and the other in Whitestone. Both are great places.

Why wasn’t Middle Village up there, the zoning is much more neighborhood friendly and they have a jewel called Juniper Park.

Bayside is a actually quite expensive! I wanted to live there but it was expensive. I lived in Jamaica where i was subletting a room and that costs me $600 per month for rent. Then i lived in Pomonok and Flushing.

Extremely biased. I live in Queens. The areas highlighted are expensive. Most of these areas are flood prone And extremely difficult to get into. And, a all of these areas Are Manhattan prices. Most of these areas are not as “welcoming, ” as they appear here. Bayside is not affordable and it is not as safe as this implies. Queens has a number of wonderful neighborhoods like Jamaica, St. Albans, Hollis, Queens Village, all are diverse and are constantly changing. So, this video is designed for real estate. How about East Elmhurst, Elmhurst, South Ozone, Ozone Park, most of which border on the ones in the video and more affordable.

I live in kew garden hills, if you ever want to own a single family house in the neighborhood you need to be Jewish, the people in the co-ops are diverse but all the single family homes are 99.9 Jewish owned, fact, I think it might be the most segregated neighborhood in all of nyc
