I just moved to Pittsburgh from the Virgin Islands on March 1st & I love it so far! I found a house to rent & employment easily & even though it's cold it's still beautiful. I can only imagine how it looks in the spring, summer & fall! And the people have been so nice! ❤

Philadelphia? No Way. It's more deadly than the Old West Town of Deadwood.

Have you ever been to PA? The ONLY one I think you got right was the Pocono area. I lived in Danville until I graduated high school. It's still a nice place to live, and the Geisinger Health Systems main hospital is there. I have lived in Lubbock, TX....Kenner, LA (this is where the New Orleans International airport is)....and I have traveled through nearly all of the USA. I used to live in the Muncy area which was very nice. I now live in Bloomsburg, PA and the University is just about two miles away. It's not a bad little town. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area is dirty, over crowded, and traffic is a disaster. The main thing going for it is the airport. I've been to Philadelphia also. While there is plenty to do there for recreation, lots of job opportunities, the crime rate is staggering. The schools are way behind the national average. Reading used to have a lot of outlet malls to go to, but like a lot of the shopping malls in this state, doors are closing for good. As a sixty year old disabled woman who lives alone, you couldn't pay me to live in any of the towns you mentioned. And did I tell you I also lived in Harrisburg? Years ago, it was very nice. Now it is run down and PA should be ashamed to have let that little city get so run down with pollution and crime. Unless you work for the state, it is certainly one of the last places I would choose to live in again. I understand that opinions vary, but a few of the places you have listed as the top ten desirable places to live in PA, were also listed in another video as one of the worst places to live. As for Pittsburgh....that is laughable. Again, dirty, congested, and unless you are a Steelers fan, I can't imagine anyone wanting to live there. You really got these all wrong. But hey, bums, criminals, and bigots have to have a place to live too!

I bought a foreclosure in Pittsburgh 15 years ago and moved there from Rural Maine. Pittsburgh's Northside was good to me financially and gave me the ability to move to paradise here in Taos, New Mexico. Thanks Pittsburgh! ( terrible city government however and lots of racial tension in the last 3 years.)

If you want a small town, Honesdale, PA, is exceptional! Briggs did a video on it being the best small town in PA. We went there and it was so interesting and picturesque!!

Sorry, yeah, 80% of the places you mentioned are crime-ridden ghettos. or places with nothing to do. Lancaster? Mt. Pocono?? York?!?! Reading??!?

Jtown is arguable but ive always felt altoona is forgotten for no good reason

Also, jtown almost got flooded out again by the wilmore dam, 2 or so years ago. The government of the citt puts all the money into the surrounding boroughs(westmont, geistown, etc.). Those are very nice areas esp compared to downtown.

Which i half get because downtown will inevitably flood again.

The most inaccurate top 10 I’ve ever seen. I’m from New York and I deliver to Philly. Philly is like New York and it’s like me saying the 10 top best places to live in New York State is New York City. Video is whack!
