We moved here 5 yrs ago & bought a beautiful home in N. Phoenix. Up by Dove Valley. Love it up this way. Wondering why you don’t talk more about the areas up this way. A lot cooler & not a busy. Love it here & wouldn’t want to live south. We also have a rental in N. Peoria. Also a great area! Gilbert currently is dealing with teen gangs that are causing awful things to happen there. I wouldn’t recommend it!
