coke is my one vice. i dont drink alcohol at all, no dope legal or illegal, and never have smoked, BUT cokes, and sweets oh yea! gotta have it. the only thing a coke cures of me is my craving.seriously a cold coke in the morning is like heaven!!! who hoo!

It originally had actual cocaine as an ingredient. In more modern times, a doctor was treating migraines with controlled amounts of cocaine.

Maybe it did get rid of headaches 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Yes it did have cocaine it in one time so it did relieve fatigue LOL Jacobs rented out his pharmacy's soda fountain to Willis Venable. On May 8, 1886, Jacobs asked Venable to add water to Pemberton's tonic. Instead of regular water, Venable added carbonated water, and the first Coca-Cola was served for five cents a glass as a soda fountain drink.

Codeine, which was in the original Coke, probably helped a lot with pain. I can even see it helping with impotence, if it helped a man forget about what problem he might be getting ready to have.

I'll admit that a crispy, cold Coke hits different sometimes, especially when I eat certain snack foods or if I want to help my stomach feel better. Sometimes a Coke is just what the doctor ordered lol.

Its had cocaine in it back then. That's why they call it Coca-Cola.
And hell yeah, if you did some cocaine I'm pretty sure you wouldn't feel any fatigue anymore, possibly lose that headache, and if you drank it definitely wouldn't feel your stomach anymore😂

It was a stretch for Coca-Cola to make those claims, but my understanding is that the ingredients were quite different back then. High fructose corn syrup was non-existent back then. However, unless it's an urban legend, one of its original ingredients was coke ... as in cocaine😳

There has to be some truth to it, especially the headache bit. I get headaches and a coffee, ibuprofen and a tiny bit of chocolate makes them go away. Maybe it was caffeine in the coke (or the cocaine) lol.. who knows..
