When I think about my weight loss over the years; going from a size 20/22W to a size 8, I can't believe I allowed myself to think, this was ok! To eat junk, and then complain!? No way! Once I started; and still do, loving myself, I cannot imagine going back to something, God delivered me from! I am now Keto/Gluten free and living this new lifestyle! I homeschool my girls and we did an experiment with diff sodas and jewelry and diff metals. Ever since they tell cousins friends about it, and no ones wanting to drink soda anymore, Kids guiding kids, helping eachother for their, ours, all collective future, intertwined beautiful connected Life 💚🌍💫🙏🏼☯️

I totally adhere to watching my sugar & salt intake. Unfortunately, my Mom didn’t …. Years ago that wasn’t taught …. now she is in a Nursing Home … Thankfully, she is still alive but struggling … on very bad days …. I feel it’s selfish to want her to keep living … I can’t imagine my life without her. So it affects us all. Heartbroken 💔 but Blessed 😇 to have every MOMent with her. 🙏

Reminds me of the story about the lady who tried to sue Pepsi claiming she found a mouse skeleton in her can of Mountain Dew. The spokesperson for Pepsi stated that, although the incident seemed feasible, she was lying because if a mouse got stuck in a can during production there would be no bones left, only gelatinous goo. If mountain dew can disintegrate a skeleton imagine what it does to your stomach.

My mother was a diabetic she died of a blood clot in her lungs she did eat alot of candy cakes and donuts 🍩 my mom liked Juices mostly not pop she also drank black coffee and plain tea she never excercised tho my mom and dad both had alot of veggie oil greasy stuff and lard I believe too much red meat 🍔 Is the culprit here of Cancer ❤ disease High blood pressure and Diabetes Restaurant's are 100% to blame for obesity people tend to eat out more than they cook at home cause Its cheaper...I personally don't eat alot of red meat anymore and that decision saved my life!!

I stopped being my own worst enemy, over a years ago I cut out drinking coke and other poisonous drinks. Seems then my health and weight have gotten a lot better. I was told by friends to sue coke cola for health problems.
I not going to because I knew of the danger and did it anyway. You have to be your own best friend.

My mother in law is currently suffering terribly from mid/late stage Alzheimer’s. She drank caffeine free diet Coke every day for years prior to her diagnosis. So very sad to see her decline.
