As older travelers, we loved shifting to 2 meals a day in London - nice breakfast at hotel, then an early dinner around 6:00 at a pub. Sometimes we just bought food at a local market or sandwich shop on the way back to the hotel. Spending a lot of money on restaurants just wasn’t our style. Yes, stay hydrated too!
