Choke QR 2:17 - Q+R=4 Stacks
Reactivated QR 2:51 - Q+R=4 Stacks
Invisible QR 3:10 - Q+R=4 Stacks
Fast Invisible QC 3:31 - Q+C=4/7 Stacks
Decoy/Fake QR 4:04 - Q+C=3 Stacks
Surprise WR 4:33 - Stack+(W+R)=6 Stacks
Minion Q bounce C 4:59 - Q+C=4/7 Stacks
Backwards QC 5:21 - Q+C=4/7 Stacks
Shepherd QC 6:14 - Q+C=3/6 Stacks

So the main new thing I learned here is to use Q as more than poking but also zoning, so that you force the opponent to walk in to your other stuff.

thanks to azzapp's teachings, i have cheesed the opposing mid laner more than 3 times during laning phase and have at least 8 stacks on dark seals before mid game :DDD
