Try this 20 minute calorie burning sandbag workout anytime you need a quick total body blitz. Easy to follow with time cues and suitable for beginner up to advanced levels!!!

Workout: Total Body Sandbag (can substitute dumbbells)

Exercise Breakdown 

Overhead Sandbag Press
Back Squat
Front Squat
Side Lunge (left leg)
Side Lunge (right leg)

Complete 3 rounds performing each exercise for 40 seconds
followed by 20 seconds rest. One minute rest between rounds

I'm currently 364.6 lbs down from 381 lbs. I finally got through this full workout without stopping. God willing I will reach my first goal of getting under 300lbs for the first time in 8 years

I’ve been doing this workout 3x a week for 6 weeks and I’ve definitely seen results. It’s one of the best sandbag workouts I’ve come across, thanks so much! I do have a question about the second set, side lunge right, was that an oops 🙊? Or Is it suppose to be different then the other 2 rounds? I do it without watching the video, just listen to the music and timers. I also modify the workout somewhat and substitute glute bridges for the overhead press! Thanks again! Love this workout!
