ingredients
1/3 cup oat flour
1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder dash vanilla extract
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup plant milk
1 tbsp oats
2-3 tbsp quartered blackberries dash vanilla
1-2 tsp brown sugar

crumble topping-
1.5 tsp vegan butter
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp flour
1 tsp oats
(use a fork to mix all crumble ingredients together)

directions-
preheat oven to 375°F
combine all ingredients in a bowl (besides crumble topping)
transfer to greased oven safe dish top with crumble bake for 25-27 mins
